RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your business. Not satisfied with your purchase? We’re here to help. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Return Policy.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. Items being returned after the 30 days would not be accepted (Exceptions might applied).
- Tiles, unique and special orders which are products that are not regular stock, in the process of manufacturer or customization or are ready for shipment are non-returnable, non-refundable or exchangeable.
- Items and packaging must be in their original state and condition. Products need to be uninstalled, undamaged and correctly allocated in their respective boxes.
- Please allow 7 business days for the processing of returned items.
- Credits, refunds, replacements or exchanges will only be made and approved after a thorough inspection of the products is conducted by our warehouse staff and inspection shows that products are in good condition, defective from factory or the wrong product was shipped.

REFUNDS
- Customers will be notified via email upon receipt of returned item.
- An additional email will be sent within 7 business days of receipt regarding the status of the return.
- It may take up to 3-7 days for a refund to post to the account utilized for purchase.
- A restocking fee of 25% may be deducted from your total refunded amount.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
- Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable.
