GROF USA is not responsible for any labor costs related to handling, installing, or uninstalling items purchased.
With certain exceptions* you may initiate a return for an item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund (minus return shipping cost). Returns outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping cost) once the item has been received and inspected through our warehouse.
To qualify for a general return, the item(s):
Return Request must be sent within seven (7) days from delivery of item(s)
Must be in resalable condition
Must be free from scratches and/or defects
Must not have been installed
Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging
Must be free of writing (box) and include original packaging material(s)
Must not be missing pieces
Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout
You may initiate a return for most defective items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Once a return has been set up and the item has been returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the item is deemed to be defective, a full refund will be applied to your account.
To qualify for a defective return, the following must apply:
Item has a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose of which it was designed
Item has not been installed
** If the item has been installed and defect is then found, buyer must follow manufacturer’s warranty and contact the Manufacturer directly and pursuing the standard warranty procedure with said manufacturer. **
Certain product categories are not eligible for return/refund (“Special Order”):
Cast Iron Products
Cancellation of orders or any portion thereof will be allowed only with Seller’s prior written consent and the payment of such cancellation charges as Seller may determine. Cancellation will not be accepted on products that are not regular stock “SPECIAL ORDER”, which are in the process of manufacture or customization, or are ready for shipment. Orders for unique or “special products” are not subject to change or cancellation after the sales order is made without written approval from Seller and upon the condition that Buyer pays Seller applicable cancellation charges.
No products are to be returned to Seller without prior approval from Seller. Seller does not make cash refunds for any reason. Credit or replacement will only be made after a thorough inspection of the products has been made by Seller’s representative and investigation shows that it is defective or was shipped in error. Unique or specialty products are not returnable. A return authorization will be given to Buyer by Seller’s sales representative for returnable merchandise and must accompany the shipment. Seller retains the right to apply a 25% restocking charge on returns.
Additional fees to be applied when returning:
If your order was purchased through our website and you are outside Washington DC free dispatch area you will be charged the carrier amount return service by subtracting this amount from the refund that will be issue once products are inspected, and your refund approved.
If your order was purchased through one of our Kohler Signature Stores by GROF and you are outside Washington DC free dispatch area you will be charged the carrier amount return service by subtracting this amount from the refund that will be issue once products are inspected, and your refund approved.
If your order was purchased through one of the Kohler Signature Stores by GROF and you are inside Washington DC free dispatch area you will be charged $25
