GROF's Vibrant Presence at Marymount University's Design + Art School Job Fair:

Cultivating Future Design Leaders

Nurturing Creativity and Collaboration

On February 6th, GROF's dynamic Business Development Team, led by Jose Ruiz-Roscigno, along with key figures in our Architectural Doors and Italian Kitchen Cabinets Department - Fernando Ulloa, Senior Design Consultant Iris Kramer, and Human Resources Manager Daniela Vasquez - embarked on an inspiring journey to Marymount University's Design + Art School. This venture was not just an exhibition; it was a testament to GROF's commitment to fostering the growth of emerging design talent.

Showcasing Creative Avant-Garde:

The event provided a platform for GROF to share not only its product and solutions portfolio but also the creative avant-garde that defines the company's approach to the Design Industry. From the innovative designs of our Kohler Signature Stores by GROF USA to the personalized services offered to a diverse clientele, the showcase aimed to inspire and set new standards within the industry.

Collaborating with Industry Pacesetters:

GROF proudly shared the room with esteemed industry leaders such as OTJ, Fox Architects, Blue Star Design+Build, HOK, The Smithsonian Museum Network, and other influential firms. This collaborative environment facilitated meaningful exchanges, reinforcing GROF's commitment to being an active participant in the dynamic design community.

MoodBoards by Senior Design Consultant Iris Kramer:

The immersive experience was heightened by the presence of MoodBoards meticulously curated by Senior Design Consultant Iris Kramer. Featuring renowned brands like Barausse, Stosa, Aran Robern, Kallista, Kohler, Vives Tile and others, these MoodBoards were an absolute sensation, captivating the imagination of students, professors, and design firms present at the event.

Acknowledging Academic Support:
Special thanks were extended to Jessica Bonnes, Assistant Professor and Interior Architecture + Design Academic Internship Mentor at the School of Design + Art of Marymount University. Her support played a pivotal role in facilitating this enriching collaboration between GROF and the Design + Art School.

Celebrating New Talent:

GROF expressed genuine joy at witnessing the influx of fresh talent into the professional market. The company takes pride in being part of the growth journey of this new generation of designers, architects, and creative minds.

The day spent at Marymount University was not just about showcasing products; it was a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and the symbiotic relationship between industry leaders, the academic world and emerging talent. GROF's commitment to innovation and excellence, as well as its dedication to contributing to the growth of the design community, was evident throughout the event. As GROF continues to shape the future of the Design Industry, the company looks forward to further collaborations and being an integral part of the evolving narrative in design.

We eagerly anticipate deepening our collaboration with Marymount University, as numerous exciting projects are in the pipeline. Together, we aim to set the pace and shape the future of the industry.
